Scam
Scam. Two months and they're still stalling giving me a refund on a product they never shipped/gave me a fake tracking number for. Can't even flag the transaction online as fraud with my bank for some reason - no transaction ID comes up but the payment is there. Thankfully I can lodge a paper complaint.
