Scammers who give absolutely horrible service
If i could give this a negative rating I would. The lack of communication and transparency with this company is absurd. From a customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars with no issues the one time I have an issue with an order I get stone walled and receive silence after asking for either compensation or a refund. Congratulations you have lost a customer now. Don't go with these scammers they are happy to take your money but if you ever dare ask for help or a refund you will receive nothing but silence. Purchased $400 USD worth of Nexon Game Cards but the codes were all invalid. I immediately escalated the issue and received a response within 72 hours but heard nothing since. Escalated this to paypal and they do not respond to them either. Now the order is sitting on hold with no indication of if I will ever get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
