Purchased a dog bed well over a month…
Purchased a dog bed well over a month ago and the bed has not shipped. We have had several emails backwards and forwards with the company (slow to reply) asking for a refund which is still yet to be agreed. We lodged a claim via PayPal who accepted it straight away and agreed to refund our money whilst they sort it out. I imagine PayPay have received a number of these complaints about this merchant. Stay away and make sure to report any social media advertisements/posts so that others are saved from this experience.
