False Resolution Update & Unacceptable Customer Service
My previous review, dated 8th July, received a response from IGP stating that their chat team had shared a proposed resolution. That is simply not true. Since then, I have received multiple emails asking me to send more photos and videos of the damaged deliveries. I have repeatedly explained that I cannot—and do not want to—trouble the recipient again by asking for more pictures. The entire experience has already been embarrassing enough. To make matters worse, today I received a call from an IGP representative who asked me to explain the entire issue all over again. When I requested that he check the case history, as everything was already documented, he started shouting at me. When I said I wanted to record the call, he immediately disconnected. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Instead of resolving an escalation, I have been asked to repeat myself multiple times and have even been spoken to disrespectfully. IGP, if you cannot manage escalations professionally or treat customers with basic courtesy, you seriously need to rethink your customer service operations.
