Banggood blocks Live Chat after refunds!
Absolutely terrible logistics and customer manipulation. Order #116659176 arrived incomplete (multimeter missing the temperature probe). When I tried to resolve prior undelivered orders, Banggood's system retaliated by completely blocking and greying out the Live Chat support buttons on my profile. Because they intentionally cut off communication, I opened a PayPal dispute. PayPal reviewed my unboxing video and immediately forced a full refund due to Banggood's contract breach. They block you to avoid paying, but payment processors will catch them. Account username: Holy.
