Collars & Co..... not so much. Monique, fantastic!
First, my experience with Collars & Co. was not great. However, Monique followed up and refunded my money on an item that was sent in the wrong size. I've only been to one store and that experience was lacking. Nobody there was friendly and really not too helpful
