Excellent Overall Expereince
My wife and I hired FlatRate Moving for a whole-house move from Rhode Island to southeastern Pennsylvania after a friend, who had used them many times, recommended them. From our first conversation with Adam, our FlatRate Moving Consultant, through packing, moving, and final delivery in Pennsylvania, the team was one of the most professional I have worked with in years. The entire process—from their arrival in Rhode Island to move-in at our new home in Pennsylvania—took just over 24 hours. Adam guided us through the inventory, pricing, truck size, and crew requirements. He made the process easy, answered every question promptly, and handled each detail professionally. Jimmy led the moving crew with four colleagues, and they worked together professionally, efficiently, and calmly. They treated our belongings with exceptional care and protected both homes throughout the move. After unpacking, it was clear that their attention to detail, excellent packing, and careful handling resulted in zero damage to our homes or belongings. I wholeheartedly recommend FlatRate to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free move. They honored their pricing, delivered exactly what they promised, and completed the move without damage or conflict. They truly reflect my belief that… “Quality Never Costs As Much As The Money It Saves.”
