This is the worst travel app out there
This is the worst travel app out there. We bought 4 tickets to USJ and 2 of them couldn’t be used. We were already in front of the gate so we had to buy new tickets for our kids since their tickets couldn’t be used. The customer service was slow and practically non existence. After many phone call and emails they finally said they will refund the 2 tickets that could not be used and give a compensation of $10. What a joke! Avoid this travel app at all cost! It’s the worst app and with the worst customer service ever! Traveloka: I hope you read this.
