Cooling towels...yeah they are great…
Cooling towels...yeah they are great when the company can get my order right. Still hasn't despite emails going back and forth. Ordered 6 with their offer of buy one £9.99 get one free so got 3 sets with 1 blue/ rose and 2 blue/ Grey. Price £29.97 with £3 discount and free shipping , therefore £26.97 ONLY 2 sets of blue/Grey arrived, other missing. They even sent confirmation of my order. Got in touch. Sent pics as requested and still they say warehouse packed right amount! Their last email even included section of my order clearly showing 3 sets. And they still had the cheek of taking £33.01....HOW DO THEY DO THEY THAT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY!? STILL TO HEAR FROM THEM AFTER MY RECENT EMAIL
