Ordered outfit for graduation which is now a week away, so looks like it’s not coming in time, and tracking hasn’t been updating for 4/5 days. Tried to get in contact with them through several emails to see what’s going on and all I’m getting is an automated response saying they’re not available over the weekend even though this is during the working week??? I made the order June 29 so it is basically the end of the shipping period to the UK. I’d like a response please on whether this is arriving on time and if it isn’t then I demand a full refund. Such awful communication for such expensive clothing. Just so you can identify my order once you see this it is Order #SF20243215022 so no excuses please
