Highly disappointed
Firstly, I did not get the delivery in the agreed-upon timeframe. This messed up my gifting timeframe, and there was no consideration for the delay. Also, they send email updates, but the people who work on it are actually in China, and I felt they would not understand what I am trying to explain to them in English. Their attention to detail was not very good. They were also just not able to get the beard right. After going back and forth so much, sending them images with arrows in what I felt was incorrect, they could not match it to the reference photo that I had given. I felt like I had to guide them all throughout to reach the final product, and their creativity and attention to detail were just not there. I am highly disappointed with the service.
