DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Fraudulent and steal people's money! I ordered 2 jerseys in May and received them, but they were both too big. I followed the return policy and returned the unworn jerseys; they received the return on 5/28/26. I did not see a refund, so I emailed them after waiting almost 2 weeks. I got a response back that looked like an AI generated reply assuring me my return was received and they were still processing it. 2 more weeks passed and still no refund. I emailed them again and it took them over a week to reply again receiving what looked like an AI generated response. I emailed a 3rd time on 7/5/26 almost 39 days since they received my return and demanded I be refunded this week. There is no contact phone number on the website and no way to resolve this in person unless you physically drive to their warehouse in San Diego I imagine. I am now taking steps to contact my credit card company regarding this issue because this is fraud and theft and this company should not be allowed to operate the way they are. I have seen dozens of reviews with the same complaints. They are not following their published return policies which is illegal and it is unacceptable. I will be contacting the better business bureau, the FTC and file a fraud complaint for the theft of my funds. I recommend more people that have experienced this issue with this company do the same to hold them accountable. As of 7/13/26 I have tried calling the phone number provided by my credit card company and it is a disconnected number I also called the number displayed on Trust pilot for the business and it went to a random vm, not even sure if that is the correct number. Use caution w/ this company.
