Riley gave great customer service that was friendly, fast, and very communicative. I reached out originally to upgrade my package to expedited delivery and she made sure that it was taken care immediately. I also had an issue with the delivery and she was able to retrieve the FedEx tracking number for me. Riley was patient with my questions and concerns.
