I've had Toco Warrenty for a few years
I've had Toco Warrenty for a few years, and never filed an auto claim until last week. Things got off to a rocky start but eventually it evened out. I'd never done this before and it seemed like it was a communication disconnect with the mechanic and the adjuster. The phone representatives, Aiden, Daryl, Travis and Madison were awesome even when I displayed frustration with this process, they were very sympathetic, understanding and assured me they would do everything they could to help me through this, making sure I got my vehicle. Having employee's like that as the first point of contact is very important in customer service today. Thank you Toco for approving my claim and getting my car back up and running.
