I am on my second time of utilizing roomvu technology and services and I am super happy to have decided to go this route again, seeing their new additions that they have added to their platform which was great and easy to maneuver in my first year that I had tried it as well. My on-boarding person Arya was a true pleasure to speak with and exceptional in his communication and customer service and patience. But especially I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He knew everything inside and out and not just on the platform. But also overall computer wise. Super helpful and refreshing to deal with someone as pleasant. I look forward to many months (or years) ahead.
