My experience
The overall experience was 3 but Amy was a 5. There were some production difficulties and communication difficulties with what I wanted for my product design based on my complicated animals colours. The team I would like to say did their best but was unfortunately unable to achieve the difficult requests I was making. Amy however was responsive, offered many times to aid in the product design and at the end of the day, we could not come to a resolution as a team. Amy however was able to meet me more than half way when the process did not have the results I wanted and gave the customer what they requested despite no product being purchased.
