Very stupid
Very stupid ! What is this organization? Once you let customers book and buy tickets still have to go the counter and download the APP! Just for the QR Code for the bus entry ! If is for elder people its very difficult for them! Please change this organization, or its going to be hard for some people thats old or disabled people! Pls just do QR Code when customers make booking . We all will appreciate!
