Subscription Trap-fraudulent billing issue
Subscription Trap! Form Blocked Refund £44.99! MuseScore is running a deceptive subscription trap. I made a one-off purchase of £0.99 on 1st April, and they secretly enrolled me into two different subscription tiers without my consent. They charged £59.99 and £44.99 from my card. After severe pressure, they refunded the £59.99, but they have now BLOCKED their online refund form and are completely ignoring my emails for the remaining £44.99! They never sent a single invoice or notification for the 8th April charge. I am a part-time student and this is a massive financial burden. I have screenshot evidence showing my library has only 2 songs, proving zero usage. This directly violates UK Consumer Protection Regulations. I demand my £44.99 back immediately!
