I have been using TunePat Amazon Music Convertor with the lifetime subscription for over 7 years now and I have had a number of issues with different things, for example; I had to get a new computer and they allowed me to move TunePat to my new computer without being charged for a new product. Also, I changed platforms from PC to Mac and even though it is a different product, they allowed me to move it to the Mac format without any issues! The best part of this is the prompt customer service. Everyone that I have worked with were professional and prompt. I never had to wait for a response for more than one day! I have never received customer service on a purchased item from a company better than this. Well worth your money!!!
