I ordered several skincare items, and when my package arrived, I noticed that two items were missing. I emailed customer service, and Rio responded almost immediately! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quickly provided me with a tracking number for the missing items. I really appreciate how fast they resolved the issue and the excellent customer service.
