The speed and relief of actual help
I had been looking for a viable replacement for my aging standalone Microsoft Publisher application as I could no longer activate it on my machines. I had been experiencing a loss of work flow and major frustration for about three weeks at my business. Google's Gemini recommended My Choice as a solution for my needs and I was able to immediately find and purchase two license keys for Microsoft Office 2021 which contained the Publisher program I needed in its last standalone iteration. I installed the program on both machines but had trouble with activation so I reached out to My Choice customer service/support. An extremely helpful person named Megan got back to me within a half hour and about an hour after that I had two activated and working Office installations. I told her if she were there I would hug her, as it was such a relief to get our work flow back.
