Terrible Experience, Unreliable Delivery
We ordered a couch from Burrow in late March. As of July 9, we have still not received all the pieces needed to put our couch together. I had to contact support to get an estimate of the delivery date. Even then, the pieces didn't start getting delivered until several weeks after customer support estimated. The pieces of the couch have been delivered as a slow trickle. We also received 1 piece we didn't order and legs that were the wrong color. I keep seeing social media ads for Burrow that promise immediate delivery of new couches, and I just don't understand how that's possible based on my personal experience. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from purchasing from this company based on our experience. (I will say that customer service is super responsive and pleasant, but the buyer experience is abysmal.)
