I have baught the pan and paid 152£ for just one pan . And now in only 2 years time the product base is coming off. Ehat a shame. I have 100s other pans and this never happens with anyone ever. Not even with the cheao Asda ones. Im hoping that haxclad will replace this for me. I ve emailed them with the proof of purchase in 2024. Update. Customer service at its best from hexclad. They have emailed me that they are sendinh replacement after checking pictures and proffs. I will update this once I have recieved the item.
