word is good. Top level product.
Was surprised with the A tier customer service. Worked with me, adapting and understanding / good to work with. They make sure to get things right. When my order started moving, I got updates all the way from beginning to end. Properly packed, correct. Carefully built crate, professional, things were packed very securely and padded and right. Impressive presentation. Detailed care into packing style. I never had to wonder where my order was / if it's ok. Communication super. I would do business with these guys again. No stress. Only GOOD surprises. Everything top level.
