National Consumer Helpline & NCDRC: I will file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for deficiency of service, unfair trade practices, and financial harassment, demanding the principal amount plus 18% interest per annum compounded daily. 2. MoCA & DGCA Escalation: A formal grievance will be lodged with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) against Travomint's travel agency license for withholding airline-refunded passenger money. 3. Cyber Cell & Police Complaint: I will lodge a criminal complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code against your directors and management. 4.
