I would give this company zero stars if…
I would give this company zero stars if I could. Probably the worst company I've ever worked with. I hired some movers with the intention of 2 destinations to move to a new apartment. One was a huge storage unit that i decided NOT to have them go to. Instead, only 10 pieces of furniture needed to be moved and I was STILL charged extra on top of the insane amount of money I already paid ((Yes it was over 1k)). Not only were the movers slow as molasses in January, taking smoke breaks and their sweet time between each piece of furniture milking their time so they can get paid. I found this unprofessional and unacceptable so I requested a partial refund as they did not do enough ((since storage unit was taken from route)) to render the total amount plus extra they took from me. Not only did this company rudely not provide any sort of refund, they ignored my request for a week. All and all, save your money and do not go with this company. Like literally, save your money. It's way too much and the movers seem to be contracted through them. Oh did I mention the movers were over an hour late? I never write reviews because it doesn't matter to me, but this was absolutely absurd and I feel as though my money was stolen from me. SO, buyer beware.
