As a first time buyer, I can say im pretty impressed with how customer service is and how good the quality of the bracelet and charms are!! The arrival was a bit long as I expected but it id definitely worth the wait for sure. The charms are so cute and petite im surely going to order more soon. It is not bulky at all which I was concerned about, but it was a perfect fit and perfect size. Thank you!
