Stay Away from This Service!
This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I've ever had. I paid for a subscription, the money was immediately taken from my bank account, yet my account was credited with 0 credits. Despite contacting customer support, I have received absolutely no response. As a new customer, this is completely unacceptable. Taking a customer's payment without providing the purchased service, and then ignoring support requests, is a serious failure and leaves a very negative impression. Be extremely careful before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I paid, received nothing, and have been left without any assistance or explanation. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
