not good quality, but good customer service
I was very disappointed with the quality of the clothing. At this price, I could buy a very high-quality silk garment in China, so I decided to return it. The customer service, however, was excellent. They replied to my emails very quickly and were always polite. They offered me three options: (1) an exchange, (2) a store credit, or (3) returning the item at my own shipping cost. I chose the third option. After 14 email exchanges and 5 days from sending the return (9 days from my first email), I received my refund. So, I would give the customer service 5 stars for their responsiveness and professionalism, but the product itself only 2 stars because the quality did not meet my expectations.
