I would NEVER refer Point to anyone who is looking for a home equity loan My husband and I applied for a loan we filled out the necessary documents. We had a home equity loan from 30 years ago that was discussed with Brian. Point spoke to the bank we had the original loan with at least 5 times After a home appraisal and which my house was worth over $500,000.00. We were told we had the loan. Then they wanted to talk to the bank another 3 times. After 6 months of stringing us along they denied us the loan.
