Wish I Had Chosen BruntWork First.
I don't write reviews often, but BruntWork has earned this one. Before choosing a virtual assistant company, I interviewed several agencies. I actually went with a different company first, and looking back, I regret that decision. The experience wasn't what I was hoping for, so I started the search again and found BruntWork. From the beginning, BruntWork never overpromised or tried to sell me on unrealistic expectations. Instead, they took the time to understand my business, how I like to work, and the type of people I wanted on my team. The entire experience felt welcoming and genuine. It was obvious they cared about finding people who would be a good fit for our company, not just filling positions. This has been my first successful experience working with virtual assistants, and it has exceeded my expectations. Lisha, Nichol, and Divine have all become valuable members of our team. They each bring different strengths, but what stands out most is how willing they are to learn, accept feedback, and continue growing. They've become an extension of our team and have made a real difference in our day-to-day operations. I also want to give a shout-out to Jun. He's been great throughout the entire process, from onboarding to checking in after everyone got settled. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants both the client and the team to succeed. That level of support doesn't go unnoticed.
