I ordered a item and it has not moved…
I ordered an item and it has not moved in about a week since I’ve ordered it. Just a shipping label created. I’ve ordered a lot from here for about two years now and never had this happen. It may take awhile to be shipped but it always moves through the Nevada system but this hasn’t done ANYTHING in a week. I’ve sent emails asking for a refund and they told me to wait for a few days and I have, nothing has changed. I feel as a customer, noting others have had this same issue around the same time my order was placed, but as a customer I feel like I deserve an explanation, refund or even a simple product replacement for their loss of product that I paid for. Watch they will probably give me the same copy and paste response they gave others who ordered anything around June 27th thru 29th. Don’t know what happend they where my go to site
