Placed two rug orders and called back within 15 minutes to cancel. Was told that the items were already being shipped (not true) and that we would receive a refund within 10 business days, also not true. Rugs were never out for delivery and instead were returned mid-transit. Received an email three days ago saying they received the returned items. Called today and the first customer service agent hung up on me. Then the phone tree said no one was available. After several more tries got through and the agent said he needs to escalate the issue and find out the status of the refund and that I will get an email within 48 hours with the information. Horrible customer service.
