Looks like my experience is the same as everyone else. I placed my order on 6/11 and as of today there is no change in shipping. I emailed asking for information and haven't heard back. I emailed again once I started seeing some inconsistencies in what they were communicating about shipping and hours they are available and on and on and now I'm demanding my order be canceled since no movement on shipping has occurred yet. Terrible customer service and terrible way to operate.
