Provider- Thumbs up! Klarity policies- Thumbs down
The provider I met with was great! Klaritys care policies, not so great. An individual in their 50’s with years of consistent controlled medication treatment for ADHD should not be asked to take part in recurrent drug testing. Actually no one should be asked of this, unless the provider suspects their patient is not taking medication as prescribed. If it were just based on experience with the provider, I would schedule another visit. Based on the drug testing requirement if the company, I will not be scheduling another visit. The last thing I want to add to my monthly expenditures is unnecessary monthly drug testing.
