Eternate’s customer service is honestly terrible. They sent me a 20% July 4 coupon on July 6. I used it that night, but when I asked them to apply it, they wrongly claimed it was a different discount. After I proved them wrong with screenshots, they simply stopped replying. Misleading promotions, false assumptions, and then complete silence—extremely unprofessional.
