McLuck closed my primary account and stoked my winnings. I’ve had this account for years. All of a sudden I tried to redeem and it gets shut out immediately. No response whatsoever then a message saying they found I had 2 accounts which I only use one account and that’s the one I won on. Tell me why they closed my primary account and only account I use without asking but keep open the one I don’t know about or use. Why would you keep the one open that you clearly see I don’t use. This is illegal and fraudulent. They also don’t just decide what account to leave open anyway. So this is a clear criminal action to steal my Winn of 4000.00 dollars. I’m contacting Attorney General and the BBB along with criminal online fraud and above.
