BEWARE OF Regenerate Peptide!!!! I ordered Regenerate Peptides late one evening. Later the evening I discovered the product is in a liquid form. All peptides must be shipped in a dry form due to degreredation of extreme weather (i.e. no temperatures exposures greater than 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Currently the lows in Midwest (where i live) are mid 80s and highs upper 95 and above. The semi trailers can reach way over 115 degrees F during the summer. I canceled the order immediately that evening and called TWC support. They stated it already shipped (b.s.) and order can't be canceled and no refunds. THC support which is a foreign call center that the pharmaceutical company they use state its stable in extreme heat. However, they also stated that the product must be stored in a cool place immediately but not necessarily on their delivery trucks. They don't ship the material with ice packs either. I asked for the pharmaceutical companies physical study of the product that deems it stable and safe to use. They denied the request and stated its confidential information and can't be shared. By law the pharmaceutical companies must provide written documents pertaining to safety of product if requested. Overall I question this companies integrity. Look at all the negative reviews and not one explanation from the company tells me they don't care nor dispute the complaints I know i just lost $300 from this purchase but I hope my message gets out so others wont make the same mistake. REPLY TO YOUR REPLY!!! Lie #1 I I canceled my order 10 mins after purchase when I noticed it was shipped in liquid form non refrigerated. Your AI replied I had a valid concern due to current extreme heat. I called the next morning and stated it couldn't be cancelled because it had already been processed which is a lie. USPS allows cancellation of shipment if product has not been picked up. It was picked up nearly 36 hours after I requested cancellation. LIE #2 Peptides can't be shipped at temps greater than 86 F in liquid form. That's why the entire peptide industry ships product in a freeze dry form. You stated in your own posted reply that its safe to ship in short duration. I don't consider shipping over 3-4 day period in an uninsulated non refrigerated truck that can exceed 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Between Oklahoma and Florida the avg high temperature were 90-100 F plus. Not an ideal environment for liquid peptides. LIE #3. I requested the test data that your liquid peptides can safely be shipped in extreme temperatures. You denied my request stating its proprietary information that can't be shared by the pharmaceutical company. This a lie. Anytime a consumer request safety data information from a pharmaceutical company about they must provide the information. The back and forth I've had with this company is ludicrous, especially after you basically admitted in your own posted reply that your product can only be shipped in short duration in extreme condition and failed to provide documentation that states your product is safe under those extreme conditions. You had ample opportunities to just cancel this order without all this banter but you chose not too due to greed. Ill never do business with your company again and I hope this review reaches lots of people.
