Very poor customer service + unable to delete account AND unsubscribe from emails
I made an account with Zapaka over 3 years ago for my prom, and I haven’t used it for quite a while. As my account was no longer in use, I tried to delete it, but their customer service is so terrible that I’ve been trying to delete the account for almost up to a year. They continually redirect you to another branch of their customer service that *somehow* cannot handle your concern, and they’re very bad at resolving really any customer service issue. I regret making this account as they now have my data and information, even though the account deletion process should not be so difficult in the first place. Would not buy/interact with them again if I could. :/
