Beautiful garments, even better customer service
My experience with Bella Barnett has been exceptional. My order arrived on time and the garments were beautiful, however, I had some fit issues so I requested an exchange for different sizes. I received a call from Kristy shortly after I made my request. Not only did she offer me a 130% (!) gift card to purchase the right sizes, she also gave me an additional 10% discount code for my next purchase. Additionally, I did not have to go through the hassle of returning the initial order - my sister is going to love her birthday gift lol. Kristy, you were amazing. Thank you so much for providing such excellent customer service. Bella Barnett has earned a lifetime customer in me.
