I bought three straps
I bought three straps (Garmin silicone replacement, metal and a leather band) to get their discount deal. Upon receiving, the metal band did not fit on one side and the leather band was a piece of junk stiff as a board. I requested to return the two bands that did not work. Was informed you can’t since part of a discount deal. Went round and round until I got the RMA authorized by being charged full price without discount. Ok cool, I can live with that. Just received an email that the return was denied because the straps were used! The only use was taking them out of the packaging, determining that they were junk and wouldn’t work, then placing back in the packaging to send back. This company is a bunch of scammers selling product that is generally inferior and low quality. Be smart , buy your replacement straps from another company that is reputable.
