This product lives up to its claims! That is a rare thing in today's world. My Shih Tsu does not like grooming - but she does not object to being petted and cuddled. All I do is add this device. It allows me to remove loose fur, get rid of mats before they become a problem, and she thinks she is getting a good cuddle and pet! No pain! No tugging! No yaps and arguments!
