Fraud !
I used this company to purchase $400 worth of NEWELY issued gift cards(not a resale from a former owner )at a discount of $375 from another company. The other company received the order and issued the brand new gift cards then a few days later GCX charged back the order from that company which caused the other company to disable the gift cards they issued and mark GCX transaction as fraud. This all happened on the backend without me knowing until i went to use the gift cards just to find out they were marked as fraudulent. GCX refused to refund my money due to their 90 day policy even though they were the fraudulent party. In short they stole the entire $375 and are refusing to give back in anyway shape or form. I'm in contact with my credit card company and will be contacting the BBB towards this company's fraudulent behavior.
