Customer service is awesome!
When I first opened my box I was immediately impressed by the quality, it felt very strong for being so small, it’s very comfortable and I was very surprised how easy it was to set up, the video was very helpful. Despite it being an obviously high quality alarm band, I must admit to being disappointed, the ONYX alarm band wasn’t able to wake me up, I followed Instructions and suggestions, set multiple alarms, tried both wrists and both ankles, tried for weeks. This is just a testament to my insane ability to sleep through anything, I’m very sure this works for many people but just not for me. Seeing as the Product wasn’t for me, I reached out for support and was emailed back soon. When I explained that I’d followed suggestions, Jay helped me figure out a plan, we avoided the shipping hassle and we decided on a refund rather than return. Going to keep trying, and find a good use for this product. I would definitely recommend this product! And even if it doesn’t work out, Customers Support will make sure to work something out, it’ll be worth it! Special thanks to Jay, very professional and personable at the same time!
