If I could give this no stars I would, this company is terrible with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a flight at its jacked up prices specifically because it included a reschedule option but when I tried to reschedule my request was denied for every other flight in the time I needed, all 6 flights, all of which were still available. The customer service was horrible, I had to jump through hoops - costing me a full day- just to get an email through, and their subsequent response emails were the most vague responses with zero actual content, problem solving, or reasoning, and took over 8 hours for each reply. I believe they were ignoring me in the effort to increase flight prices even further before approving my change request so that I would have to pay the increased fee. Genuinely terrible company.
