Outstanding app, backed by a support team that genuinely cares
I don’t usually write reviews, but the team behind Offersly absolutely deserves it. Setting up a "Make an Offer" feature can be a bit tricky depending on your store's theme, but their customer support is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They actually jumped on a quick call with me to help iron out the initial setup and make sure everything looked perfect on my site. The app itself works flawlessly. The automation rules are a massive timesaver—being able to set automatic limits for declines and counters means I don’t have to spend my whole day manually responding to lowball offers. Since putting it live, it’s completely changed how I interact with hesitant buyers, especially on our higher-ticket items, and it’s already unlocked sales we probably would have missed out on. If you're on the fence about trying it, just do it. The peace of mind knowing their support team has your back makes it entirely worth it.
