Purchased two pairs of rings for my wife and I. The communication has been fantastic throughout the process. I mistakenly ordered an 8mm for my wife and needed a smaller width. I am currently working with them now and have recieved prompt updates. Extremely pleased so far with the product and customer service. Will purchase again.
