Had to harass them for shipping info
Ordered a few sets on 6/17 currently trying to get my money back on 7/12 because nothing ever shipped. EDIT: As of 7/19 the product finally arrived. After emailing about getting a refund, they finally had a tracking number and shipped it that day. The product looks exactly like the pictures, the material is not phenomenal, but definitely comfortable and better quality than expected.
