This is not a legitimate government agency. I misunderstood and completed an application through entry in March 2026. It is now July and I have had no further contact from them. I emailed the company two months ago to cancel the process but, again, received zero response. This is a scam and you should not use them. I’ve seen in other reviews that writing a review like this is the only way of getting actual responses from the company. They will take your money, sensitive personal information, and you will not get a passport. Edit to add: I received a passport in the mail today 8/3. I only saw any movement on this AFTER posting this review and having trust pilot contact me for receipt details to confirm. I have still had zero contact from the actual company. I continue to strongly recommend avoid using them. They will charge more than you need to pay when you go through a legitimate govt website and I continue to have concerns about the security of my personal information. I did ultimately get a passport though.
