The Wait Was 100% Worth It
Even though my order was delayed beyond the original estimated timeframe, the customer service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Zander, who kept me updated throughout the entire process. He made sure I never felt forgotten and even offered alternative options to help speed up my order if I wanted to. Since my item was a preorder, I knew there could be a wait, and in the end, it was absolutely worth it. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I'm completely obsessed with my bag! It's beautifully made, exactly what I hoped for, especially for someone like me who takes public transportation from and to work. I'm so happy I was patient. I have received many compliments from my colleagues that some have asked me where I got it! Great customer service and an amazing product made this a wonderful experience.
